Mark Goode has been making an impact on the 5th Region for a number of years now and last night was another example of how good he is. In the opening round of the 18th District tournament he had a double double, scoring 28 points and grabbing 16 rebounds in Larue County High School’s (19-8) 76-58 win over Caverna (5-23), as the Hawks look to make a run at a 5th Region tournament title.

Over this season Goode is averaging 23.7 points per game along with 9.2 rebounds and shot 65% from the field, 47% from beyond the arc, and 76% from the free throw line.

Last season as a junior he averaged 15.6 points per game and 9 rebounds.
